### Your first scan

1. Install it from the [App Store](https://bytesweep.app/iphone.html) or [Google Play](https://bytesweep.app/android.html).
2. Go through the four intro pages.
3. Allow access to your photos.
4. Wait for the scan. You land on **Clean**.

Everything is examined on the phone and nothing is uploaded. Other permissions are asked for the first time you use the feature that needs them.

### The four tabs

| --- | --- |
| **Home**| Storage,**Scan Now**, Send to Devices, Quick Clean and Tools. |
| **Clean** | What can go: Similar Photos, Large Videos, Saved by Apps, Screenshots, Duplicate Contacts. |
| **Manage** | Photos, Videos, Apps and Files, with insights and every tool. |
| **More** | Settings, help and your purchase. |

### If you limited photo access

On iPhone

You chose some photos: Settings → Bytesweep → Photos → All Photos shows the rest. If you refused: More → General → **Open iOS Settings**.

On Android

You chose some photos: press **Choose more**on Home. If you refused: press**Allow access** on Home.
