Bytesweep 1.2.3: Windows admin tools fixed, and the first field test

Elevated tools and the uninstaller work on Windows, Select all sticks, keyboard navigation, folder cards show their cleanup state, and the Monitor gains temperature and graphics readouts.

Fixed

System tools that need administrator rights on Windows never actually ran and reported a false "Completed". They run now, and their output comes back. Declining the administrator prompt says so.
Uninstall on Windows ran the app's registered uninstaller without administrator rights. It runs elevated now, and an MSI's uninstall command is corrected so it no longer launches the installer.
Select all in Big & untouched, Empty folders and Search lost its ticks on every refresh. Selection now sticks.
Keyboard: Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down (Cmd on a Mac) work without the menu bar, Alt+Left goes back, and Up/Down arrows move through table rows and folder cards with Enter to open.

New

Folder cards show when an item is in the cleanup queue and carry their own Add to cleanup button.
Select all checkbox in the header of every table, and in the Clean › By category expansion.
Preview window on Windows and Linux: images, PDFs, video, audio and text files open in a small window that Escape closes. macOS keeps Quick Look.
Monitor shows a loading state on startup, CPU temperature, and a graphics card with memory use and temperature where the system reports them.
Reports can be downloaded as a PDF.
Items pulse briefly when they join the cleanup queue.

Changed

Uninstalled apps disappear from the list as soon as the uninstall finishes.
Theme is a plain Light mode / Dark mode toggle, in Settings and in the sidebar.
The version you are running is shown at the bottom of the sidebar and in the Help menu.
The Edit menu is gone on Windows and Linux, along with Zoom and the developer-tools item. Help links to the project on GitHub.
