Bytesweep 1.0.0: First release

Eight ways to see a disk, category cleanup, duplicates, app footprints and undo for every sweep.

Eight visualisations of any volume or folder: treemap, folders, sunburst, flame, bubbles, mind map, top sizes and age map.
Cleanup by category: installers, caches, node_modules, Xcode leftovers, Docker images and other common space hogs, found automatically.
Duplicates and similar photos, with the largest copy kept.
Application footprints: the bundle plus every support file, cache and container an app has scattered around.
System tools for the maintenance jobs that need a command rather than a folder: Time Machine snapshots, package caches, journal logs, Docker prune.

Nothing is deleted without you. Every removal is one you ticked and confirmed.
Every sweep goes to a restore point on the same volume, so it can be undone for seven days.
Scans run in a background thread and are kept between launches, so reopening the app does not mean rescanning.
