Bytesweep 1.0.1: Fixes from the first week

A scan no longer wedges a low-memory Mac, lists keep their scroll position, and the download pages state the real macOS floor.

Fixed

• A scan no longer wedges the machine on a Mac with little free memory.
• A list keeps its scroll position when you act on an item in it.
• The queue button is called the same thing on every screen.

Changed

• The download pages now say the real minimum macOS version, which is 11 Big Sur, not 12.
